South El Paso’s new roundabout causes confusion

Ribbons were cut to commemorate the end of construction on the modern roundabout in south El Paso. The roundabout is located at the intersection of Paisano and Alameda. The new route has led to a lot of confusion for many in the borderland, Evan Folan reports.
