Man allegedly shoots, kills his wife after argument
A man shot and killed his wife Thursday night in East El Paso, police said.
Steven Quinteros-Rios, 25, was charged with murder in the death of his wife, 29-year-old Blanca Rivera.
Officers responding to a family fight discovered the woman’s body shortly after 9 p.m. Thursday on the 11500 block of St. Thomas Way.
Quinteros-Rios faces a murder charge. As of 4 p.m. Friday, he had not been booked and bond had not been set. His arrest photo is not available at this time.
