Update: Removing El Paso toll roads

State Rep. Joe Pickett spoke about removing toll roads during the Transportation Policy Board meeting for the El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization.

At the end of the meeting, Mayor Oscar Leeser gave the Regional Mobility Authority 90 days to come back with something that could generate support from the community.
