UPDATE: Three people killed in Far East El Paso rollover identified

Three people killed after a rollover in Far East El Paso have been identified.

The crash occurred just before 6 p.m. Saturday on the 2700 block of Jobe Road.

The passengers killed have been identified as 66-year old Johnny Borrego, 59-year old Ivan Guerrero and 58-year old Ruben Betancourt Ramirez. Jose Gabino Garcia, 71, is in critical condition, and 57-year old Humberto Muela is in stable condition.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said a red Ford F-150 traveling west on Jobe Road failed to maneuver a left-hand curve and drove over an embankment causing the truck to rollover.

Borrego and Guerrero died on scene as a result of their injuries. Muela, Garcia and Ramirez were taken to local area hospital, where Ramirez was pronounced dead.

No other information regarding the passengers is available at this time.

Special Traffic Investigators, CID, and Crime Scene investigators responded.
Jobe Road is a private roadway, and not open to the public.
