Las Cruces Diocese to receive tickets for papal mass

At a news conference on Thursday, officials with the Juarez Diocese said they will give the Las Cruces Diocese 5,000 tickets so parishioners can attend the papal mass on February 17.

The Las Cruces Diocese was unable to confirm the tickets. If it’s true, it will be up to them to decide if and how they will be distributed.

On the front door of the Las Cruces Diocese there’s still a sign that reads “due to limited seating the diocese of Ciudad Juarez was unable to provide the Diocese of Las Cruces with tickets for the papal mass.”
