Suspect wanted for armed robbery in Las Cruces
Las Cruces police are looking for a man who is believed to have robbed a fast food restaurant in Las Cruces on Monday.
Police say the man walked into the the Wendy’s on Walton Boulevard. with a gun, threatened a store employee and demanded cash. The employee’s screams scared off the man.
The suspect was said to be white or Hispanic, around 6 feet tall with an athletic build. He was wearing a baseball cap, sunglasses and a red hoody.
A blue Dodge Durango was seen leaving the scene.
Las Cruces Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the suspect’s arrest.
