Daughter allegedly stabs father
Update: A woman remained jailed Friday after being accused of stabbing her father earlier this week in West El Paso.
Diana Lee, 29, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon-family violence, police said Friday. Lee was jailed under a $50,000 bond.
Lee is accused of using a knife to stab her father, Eung Lee, 57, at a home in the 600 block of Bluff Canyon Circle, police said.
Police responded to a 911 call after 3 p.m. on Tuesday, after Eung Lee ran to a neighbor’s house for help after he had been stabbed, police said. Patrol officers found and arrested Diana Lee at the family’s home.
Eung Lee was hospitalized in stable condition at University Medical Center of El Paso.

Police responded to call of a man with a knife and a possible stabbing about 3 p.m. on the 600 block of Bluff Canyon Circle.
The teen was taken into custody.
The victim, who was only described a man in his 40s, was taken to University Medical Center in serious, but stable condition. His injuries were not considered life-threatening, police said.
“We’re talking to other members of the family to try to ascertain a little bit more about what may have occurred,” El Paso police spokesman Javier Sambrano said.
Sambrano added that investigators did not yet know how the two men were related.
