Gallego, Hurd to face off in District 23 rematch

U.S. Rep. Will Hurd will face former District 23 Rep. Pete Gallego in November.

Hurd, the Republican, more than 61 percent of the vote in El Paso county. Gallego got more than 88 percent in the Democratic primary in El Paso County.
