City of El Paso Independence Day closures

Here is a list of closures provided by the city of El Paso for Monday July 4:

All City of El Paso offices will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2016. City offices will re-open at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5.

CLOSED
• Trash and recycling services not affected (no collections on Mondays)
• Citizen Collection Centers not affected (sites closed on Mondays)
• Greater El Paso Landfill
• One Stop Shop
• El Paso museums (archaeology, art, digital wall and history)
• Public Libraries
• Parks and Recreation centers, senior centers and daycare operations
• Rawlings Dental Clinic
• WIC clinics

OPEN
• Animal Services Shelter – 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• El Paso Zoo
• City pools

Sun Metro’s fixed-route and LIFT services will run on a Sunday schedule on Monday.

The Sun Metro customer service line for fixed routes will work on a Sunday/Holiday schedule from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The administrative offices, Eastside Transfer Center ticket office (1165 Sunmount), Five Points Transfer Center ticket office (2830 Montana) and the Downtown Santa Fe Transfer Center ticket office (601 Santa Fe) will be closed.

All Sun Metro services and facilities will resume regular hours of operation on Tuesday, July 5.
