Police arrest 24 on DWI-related offenses during holiday weekend

EL PASO, Texas – El Paso Police Department reported 24 DWI-related offenses during the Christmas weekend.

The cases happened from Friday morning to Monday night.

Six people were caught on Friday, eight on Saturday, five on Sunday, and five on Monday:

11 = DWI arrests

8 = DWI (blood alcohol concentration higher than .15)

3 = DWI (third or more)

2 = DWI with child younger than 15 years in vehicle
