Pedestrian struck by vehicle in Lower Valley
One person is in the hospital after being struck by a vehicle in the Lower Valley early Friday morning.
The incident happened around 1:30 am near the intersection of Alameda and Old Pueblo Road, which is near the Speaking Rock Entertainment Center.
Emergency dispatchers tell ABC-7 the victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
The intersection was closed to traffic overnight, but has since re-opened for the morning commute.
El Paso police have not said what led up to the crash, or if the driver will become of the driver involved.
