ABC-7 First Alert: Another stormy evening!

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- We remain under an ABC-7 First Alert for evening storm chances!

El Paso we woke to calm conditions after yesterdays evening storms. Some parts of Las Cruces woke to active storms with heavier flow and lightning this morning.

Through your midmorning expect conditions to improve. This afternoon will warm some. El Paso is expected to reach a high of 91, Las Cruces is expected to reach a high 89.

Storm chances return tonight. Rain chances will climb to 40-50% for your evening.

Rain chances will decrease some for your Saturday and further for your Sunday before climbing again next week.
