Police investigating shooting in Northeast El Paso

El Paso police are investigating a shooting where a bullet ended up in a car that had people inside.

The incident happened around 3 am on the 10400 block of Rushing. At this point police are not saying how many people were inside the car that was shot, but ABC-7 is told that none of the occupants were injured.

Police on the scene tell ABC-7 that four people were detained in the investigation nearby on Nolan Drive, but those individuals have not been arrested.

The EPPD Gang Unit is investigating the case.
