Armed suspects wanted in failed home invasion

Police are asking for the public’s assistance identifying four suspects who allegedly tried breaking into a home.

At approximately 9:00 pm on February 2, 2017, officers responded to the 2000 block of Stanford Avenue in reference to an attempted home invasion.

Surveillance video shows a woman knocking on the door. When someone inside answers, a dog runs out and starts barking at people not seen in the video. Moments later, three armed men walk towards the door and the person inside quickly closes the door. The men are seen trying to force their way into the home before running away.
