Driver extricated from crash on Joe Battle
The driver of a pickup truck had to be extricated from a car after a crash in East El Paso early Tuesday morning.
The crash happened near the intersection of Joe Battle and Bob Hope around 5 am. The driver was taken to a nearby hospital in serious condition.
The crash forced the closure of two lanes on Joe Battle. ABC-7’s ‘Round the Clock crew on the scene reports that drivers can not turn left onto Bob Hope from Joe Battle northbound, nor can drivers exit at Bob Hope from Loop 375 South.
As of 6:35 am, Special Traffic Investigators were on the scene.
