Interpol joins search for former Chihuahua Governor believed to be hiding in El Paso

UPDATE: LCPD identifies pedestrian killed by alleged hit-and-run driver; victim legally blind

Las Cruces Police identified the pedestrian killed early Thursday morning on Barker Road as 52-year-old Michael A. Chadwick.
