Crash sends one person to the hosptial
One person is in the hospital after a crash early Friday morning in East El Paso.
It happened around 2:30 near the intersection of Gateway West and Chito Samaniego. Emergency dispatchers tell ABC-7 the victim was taken to a local hospital in serious condition.
There are unconfirmed reports the victim may have been a pedestrian. El Paso police were spotted on the scene, investigating both the crash site and a nearby Red Roof Inn. At this point it is unclear if or how the investigation at the Red Roof Inn ties into the crash.
