Sandbags available for El Paso residents
El Paso Water Utilities is offering sand bags to the public for flood control.
Sandbags are available to residential customers from 8 a.m. To 8 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Stormwater Operations Center, 4801 Fred Wilson Ave. On the weekends, the stormwater center is open from 2 to 8 pm.
Sandbags are available for flood control purposes only and are limited to 10 bags per visit.
El Paso Water Utilities recommends bringing someone to help with loading, as the sandbags can be heavy.

West: Artcraft Booster Station, 7830 Paso Del Norte (Daily 2-8 pm)
Central: Haskell R. Street Wastewater Treatment Plant, 913 S. Boone St. (Daily 2-8 pm)
East: Cielo Vista Booster Station, 9428 Daughtery Drive (Daily 2-8 pm)
Mission Valley: Blackie Chester Park, 9292 Escobar Drive (Daily 2-8 pm)
