Three people hospitalized after shooting in East El Paso, suspect remains at large

El Paso Police are investigating a shooting in East El Paso, which sent three people to the hospital, including one in critical condition.

Police said one person walked into Mulligan’s Chopped Hog on George Dieter Dr. and opened fire around 9:20 p.m. Sunday night.

The shooting is suspected to be gang related, according to Detective Michael Baranyay, and the shooter was believed to be targeting victims.

No arrests have been made and the suspect fled on foot, Baranyay said.

Police are asking those in the area to report any suspicious activity.
