Mexican Media: 30 homicides in Juarez so far this month
The homicide rate in Juarez continues to climb.
The Diario de Juarez and KVIA’s Juarez media partner XHIJ channel 44 are reporting at least 30 homicides so far in the month of December or about 3 murders per day.
Juarez media reported 82 homicides in Juarez in November, the 2nd highest monthly total in 2017. 682 people have been killed so far this year.
On Saturday, Juarez Municipal police found the bodies of 3 men in the trunk of a car. The men had reportedly been tortured, their hands and fee tied and plastic bags placed over their heads.
