EPPD detectives need help solving murder
The murder of 39-year-old Antonio Razo remains unsolved and El Paso Police detectives are asking the public for help.
The night of Friday, April 27th, 2018, Razo was driving eastbound on Quail in Northeast El Paso. At about 9:27 p.m., Razo stopped at the intersection of Quail and Railroad behind another car stopped at a stop sign.
The driver of the other vehicle did not move, at which time, Razo exited his vehicle and approached the vehicle in front, police said.
At that point, the occupant in the second car fired a gun at Razo, wounding him, police said.
The driver of the second vehicle fled the scene after the shooting and witnesses immediately rendered aid. Police said Razo was taken to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
The suspect vehicle is described as a light colored, 4-door car, possibly white or silver. Witnesses told police the shooter fled the scene south on Railroad.
