Fire in Juarez causes concern in El Paso
A fire in Mexico at an auto parts store is sending thick plumes of black smoke into the air, causing concern for El Pasoans on the U.S. side of the border.
The El Paso Fire Department tweeted several pictures of the fire consuming the shop, as well as from a distance.
The EPFD said the department is monitoring the situation and is in contact with Mexican officials.
They did not say if anyone was injured, what caused the fire, or if it is under control.
