Arizona man accused of molesting detained teen migrant
An Arizona man is accused of molesting a 14-year-girl at an immigrant holding facility.
Fernando Magaz Negrete, 32, is facing Molestation, Sexual Abuse and Aggravated Assault charges.
Court documents detailed unwanted kissing and touching at a Southwest Key facility, which is described similar to a dorm.
In a statement, Southwest Key wrote, in part, “when a child tells us of inappropriate behavior, we immediately call law enforcement and start an internal investigation. “
Negrete was booked on one count of each of the charges he is facing.
