Garage fire breaks out at West El Paso home
A garage at a West El Paso home caught on fire Sunday afternoon.
It occurred on the 1600 block of Jim De Groat. Fire crews rushed to the scene and put out the flames.
No injuries were reported and there’s still no word on what caused the fire.
Former ABC-7 reporter, Andrew J. Polk, captured video as the garage went up in flames. The video can be seen on the KVIA ABC-7 Facebook page.
The homeowner can be heard on the video saying that five of her cats were inside the home at the time of the fire.
