Document: Man shot and killed tried to break up brothers’ fight
Nicholas Negrete Peters, 24, has been charged with murder and aggravated assault after police say that he shot his younger brother Johnathan, and killed his brother’s friend, Infant Pacheco.
According to court documents obtained by the ABC-7 I-team, Nicholas and Jonathan Peters were arguing before it turned into a physical fight.
Documents state Pacheco tried to break up the fight when Nicholas Peters allegedly opened fire and shot Pacheco.
