2 injured after small plane crashes in Midland parking lot
Two people suffered minor injuries after the small plane they were in crashed in a West Texas parking lot.
The fixed wing small aircraft crashed in an office complex parking lot in Midland Friday morning shortly after it had taken off.
The plane landed on top of a truck in the parking lot. No one on the ground was injured.
Midland officials say the pilot and a passenger aboard the small plane sustained minor injuries and were not hospitalized.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the cause of the crash.
