Announcement of UTEP President finalists rescheduled

The UT System Board of Regents has rescheduled an announcement of finalists for the UTEP President opening.

The board was expected to name a finalist or finalists for the UTEP President job on Monday.

A release from the board states that the meeting has been moved due to a scheduling conflict.

Current president Diana Natalicio announced her retirement in May of 2018. She has served as UTEP’s President for 30 years.

The Board of Regents interviewed several candidates last Wednesday. It’s not clear when the announcement will be made, but the release states it will be soon.
