El Paso Fire Department rescues man in Franklin Mountains
EL PASO, Texas - A hiker who is approximately 70 years old suffered a fall in the Franklin Mountains on Saturday afternoon, according to the El Paso Fire Department.
It happened in Tom Mays Park, according to the department's Twitter account. The department's Combined Search and Rescue Team (COMSAR) helped the man.
Fire officials say he was transported to the hospital with minor injuries just before 4 p.m.
