Tornado Watch issued for portions of Texas & New Mexico until 9 p.m.
EL PASO, Texas -- The National Weather Service issued a Tornado Watch until 9 p.m. Friday for the eastern counties of the ABC-7 viewing area.
The watch does not does NOT include El Paso County, but it does include Otero and Hudspeth counties.
It does mean isolated tornadoes are possible.
