El Paso, Texas-- We'll see plenty of sunshine for your Monday. This will lead to warm temperatures with afternoon highs around 5 to 7 degrees above normal. Temps will be topping off in the upper 70s for much of the Borderland. Enjoy the spring weather; clouds and rain will return to the area Tuesday and Wednesday. Winds will also begin to pick up this week as well.
