StormTRACK Weather: Clouds move in, increased rain chances

The region remains under a blanket of clouds Thursday afternoon as increased moisture moves in. Despite the clouds, it will be another hot afternoon. Temperatures will run well above average. Just like yesterday, most lowland areas will see the upper 90s and triple-digit readings. Moisture will continue to move in from the south today and tomorrow. There will be a chance for showers and storms this weekend with afternoon high temperatures climbing to the upper 90s. Triple-digits slowly return next week.
