(Thursday results) High School Softball Playoffs: Hanks & El Dorado moving on to area round

EL PASO, Texas - The high school softball playoffs continued Thursday with two El Paso teams punching their ticket to the area round.

Hanks and El Dorado won bidistrict titles in Class 5A.

In Class 6A, Montwood and Socorro will look to bounce back after losing their opening round games on the road.
