Arrests made in Cincinnati District bar melee caught on cell phone video

EL PASO, Texas -- Three men have been arrested on multiple charges stemming from a recent melee at a Cincinnati District bar that was caught on cell phone video. (You can see it in the video player above.)

El Paso police gang unit officers identified those arrested for last week's brawl at the 'Good Times At 2626' bar (located at 2626 N. Mesa Street) as Joshua Mendoza, 27; Jose Mendoza, 32; and Alphonso Glasper, 26.

The trio were all charged with Engaging In Organized Criminal Activity and Aggravated Assault and were being held in the downtown jail for their alleged involvement in the June 6 incident that happened around bar closing time at 2 a.m.

Bond was set at $1.2 million for Joshua Mendoza, a half-million dollars for Glasper, and a quarter-million for Jose Mendoza. Police said mugshots were only available for two of the suspects; a booking photograph wasn't released for Jose Mendoza.
