Scherr Legate Celebration of Lights & Parade kicks off 2019 El Paso WinterFest
EL PASO, Texas -- The start of El Paso's WinterFest took place Saturday evening with the San Jacinto Plaza Holiday Tree lighting ceremony followed by the 22nd edition of the Scherr Legate Celebration of Lights Parade downtown, drawing an estimated crowd of 60,000 people.
