McKnight, Hamilton lead Western Kentucky past Marshall 78-69

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Dayvion McKnight and Jairus Hamilton scored 16 points apiece as Western Kentucky beat Marshall 78-69. Luke Frampton and Jamarion Sharp each added 12 points for the Hilltoppers on Saturday. Josh Anderson chipped in 11. Marko Sarenac led the Thundering Herd with 18 points and seven rebounds.
