Stormtrack Weather First Alert

Good morning! The weather will become active this afternoon therefore an ABC-7 First Alert is in place. Temperatures will warm to near 70 this afternoon with wind gusts between 35 to 40 mph. There will be some areas of blowing dust and sand so please use caution while driving.

Tonight and tomorrow a cold front will push much colder air into the region along with rain chances and mountain snow. We can't rule the chance of maybe a few flurries/dusting in the lowlands. There will be about a 20-degree drop in temperatures from Thursday to Friday so dress warmly.

The warm weather returns this weekend with temperatures in the 60s on Saturday, 70s by Sunday afternoon with occasional breezes.
