City council discusses budget for 2023
EL PASO, Texas -- For the next three days, El Paso city council and staff will discuss the proposed budget for the 2023 fiscal year.
Public surveys conducted by the city received 7,623 responses. The survey asked the community what their top priority is for 2023. The top three responses were "Quality of Life," "Public Safety," and "Infrastructure."
