EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The 89th Texas legislative session is history, and El Paso's delegation to Austin ended the session with some big wins for the borderland.

Sunday on ABC-7 Xtra, I sit down with State Senator Cesar Blanco and State Representative Mary Gonzalez to discuss those successes and the challenges of passing legislation to benefit the borderland.
