El Paso Community College celebrates Pride Month with new theater production

EL PASO, Texas -- With Pride Month upon us, El Paso Community College is recognizing the LGBTQ community in a special through it's newest production of "Kiss of the Spider Woman."

The play, based off the 1985 film, tells the story of a gay window dresser serving a sentence in Argentina prison for gross indecency and his cellmate and the bond they grow along the way.

The show takes place June 17, 18, 24, and 25 at 8:00 p.m. and June 19 and 26 at 2:30 p.m. at the Forum Theater on the EPCC Transmountain campus on 9570 Gateway North.

Admission is one non-perishable food item per person.

This production contains adult themes and action and may be inappropriate for children. ASL Interpreted performances will be Friday, June 17 and Sunday, June 19.
