UTEP professor warns grocery prices may rise with oil costs

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Many Americans are struggling to afford groceries. As oil prices rise, grocery prices climb with them.

University of Texas at El Paso economics professor Tom Fullerton said this is most likely to continue. 

ABC-7 reached out to Fullerton to ask what consumers should expect.
