Crews Evacuating Oregon St. Area Due To Gas Leak
EL PASO — Emergency crews are evacuating a two-block area of apartments and businesses on East Rio Grande Avenue and North Oregon Street due to a leak in a gas main. Apparently, contractors installing an electrical conduit hit the pipe.
Sun Metro is en route for evacuees. Fire crews are wetting down the area.
