Club Owner Back In Court For Bond Hearing
EL PASO, Texas — The club owner wrapped up in a drug trafficking scandal was in federal court for a bond hearing before Magistrate Judge Norbert Garney.
Jesus Daniel Guerrero co-owns the polular nightclubs Studio 69 and Myst in Downtown El Paso.
According to a spokeswoman at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the judge denied Guerrero bond.
The 30-year-old club owner was arrested Friday at his home in Canutillo for allegedly conspiring to have drugs shipped from El Paso to other cities across the country, including Chicago and Athens, Georgia.
