3 Teens Arrested In Alleged Drive-By Shooting

EL PASO, Texas — Three teenagers were arrested Tuesday night in connection with a drive-by shooting in the Upper Valley, El Paso police said.

Eighteen-year old Andrew Epstein and 19-year old Justin Dre Baquera allegedly shot at the house of a rival gang member in the 6300 block of Santiago about 9 p.m. No one was injured, police said.

Officers tracked down the suspects’ vehicles and detained the two teens.

Nineteen-year-old Jaime Hernandez was also arrested. Investigators believe he provided the handgun used in the crime. All three were charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility.
