Business & Military experience. I have been trained to lead and make decisions that are ethical and righteous.

As a Military Academy Graduate, I have been trained to lead and make sound decisions which affect the overall performance of an organization. As a business owner (25+ years), I have been trained to manage a “for profit” organization, interact with people, train and motivate staff, make payroll, and make sound business decisions.
DESCRIBE A MOMENT THAT CHANGED YOUR LIFE:
In high school, I asked a high school counselor to help me with my Service Academy application and she told me and I quote “they don’t take your kind in the Academy.”I was devastated and set out to prove her wrong and that I could make it and graduate.”
