Miami Arrives In El Paso: Team Enjoys Welcome, Knows Mexico Visit Not An Option

While the Miami Hurricanes are looking forward to a good time while in El Paso for the the Hyundai Sun Bowl, they know visiting Juarez, Mexico is not an option.

Miami interim head coach Jeff Stoutland told the South Florida Sun Sentinel that his team were to meet Sunday night with FBI officials and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office to discuss Juarez.

It would be very difficult for anybody to even do that.”

A team member told the newspaper none of the players have passports anyway.
