Authorities Identify Man Found Dead In Clint Desert
Authorities identified the man whose body was found Sunday afternoon in the desert area next to the Super 8 Motel in Clint
Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to an area south of 1570 N. Clint, where the motel is located, after a man reported seeing what appeared to be a body.
Authorities identified the man as 45-year-old Manuel Lopez of Clint. The Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Bureau-Crimes Against Persons was unable to immediately determine the cause of death and is treating the death as a homicide pending the results of an autopsy.
