Semi-Truck Rolls Over On I-10 West Near Yarbrough
Traffic was shut down along I-10 west Thursday night following a rollover crash involving a semi-truck.
The wreck happened around 9 p.m. near Yarbrough Drive, just past Lomaland Drive in east El Paso.
An ABC-7 crew on the scene spotted the 18-wheeler flipped over on its side, blocking several lanes of traffic.
A small, white car appeared to be wrecked nearby with heavy damage the driver’s side.
Emergency dispatchers were not able to confirm whether anyone was seriously injured.
Investigators have not said who was at fault or if the rain was a factor.
I-10 west was shut down completely as emergency crews worked to clear the scene. Traffic along I-10 east also stalled as drivers slowed to look at the crash.
