Windy conditions will stick around today. This is due to a strong storm system that is affecting Arizona. Wind gusts could reach 40 mph along the eastern slopes of the Franklin and Organ Mountains. Blowing dust and sand is possible in dust-prone areas.
The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for Luna, Dona Ana, Otero, Hudspeth, and El Paso counties from 1 P.M. to 8 P.M.
Otherwise, expect partly cloudy skies with a high of 63 and a low of 39.
