Police Find $600,000 In Drugs In Socorro Stash House

Investigators with the Stash House Unit of the El Paso Police Department said they found 8.31 pounds of cocaine in a stash house on Tuesday in Socorro, Texas.

Officials said an ongoing investigation led investigators to a drug stash house in the 1000 block of Rio Vista just before 4 p.m. An investigation revealed 20-year-old Roberto Chavez, 42-year-old Jesus Quezada and 41-year-old Hugo Martinez were in possession of the drugs, estimated to be worth $603,096.

Officials said all three men were charged with possession of a controlled substance with bonds ranging from $7,500 to $10,000.
