ABC-7 Forecast for Tuesday, January 24th, 2012 AM

An approaching storm is beginning to take shape here in the Borderland. Bands of light rain will move in from the west and could produce snow in the higher elevations.

Besides the rain, clouds and wind will make the weather headlines. Peak wind gusts may reach 35 mph along the eastern slopes.

After today, we dry out and look good with highs in the 60s Thursday and Friday. Today, partly cloudy with a 20% chance of evening showers.
